Step 1. Axial scan to cover extent of fracture proximally to base of metatarsals distally.
Step 2. Use axial data set to obtain coronal reformats. Align along both malleoli as shown.
Step 3. Use coronal dataset to obtain sagittal reformats. Align perpendicular to tibial plafond as shown.
